1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jita96 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the jita96.net website, its associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available thereon.

By completing the jita96 registration process, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other supported payment method, or placing any bet or wager on any game or sporting event, you acknowledge that:

• You have read this Agreement fully and without reservation.
• You understand and accept all terms, conditions, rules, and policies stated herein.

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to jita96 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register an account or engage in any gambling activity on jita96. 2.2 Geographical Eligibility

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active jita96 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same bKash or Nagad wallet, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of this Agreement. jita96 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently withhold balances and bonus funds where multiple accounts are identified.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access jita96's full range of features — including deposits, withdrawals, betting markets, and casino games — you must first create a verified jita96 account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a preferred payment method.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, an incorrect NID number, or a payment account belonging to another person — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jita96 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with industry standards for responsible gaming platforms. At a minimum, players will be required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Verification may require submission of one or more of the following:

• A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back.
• A selfie photograph holding the NID alongside a handwritten note displaying your jita96 username and the current date.
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account displaying your registered mobile number.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jita96 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. jita96 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the jita96 support team immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.

3.4 Password Requirements

Your jita96 password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain a combination of upper-case letters, lower-case letters, and numerals. jita96 recommends using a unique password not shared with any other online service. Enabling SMS OTP verification for new device logins is strongly recommended and can be activated in your account security settings.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this section as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your jita96 account. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute between 10% and 25%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's detail page.
• Where a maximum bet restriction applies during bonus play, placing a single bet exceeding that limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New jita96 players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive a welcome bonus in accordance with the terms of the welcome offer active at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer available to each eligible player exactly once. Players who register multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times are in breach of this Agreement and will have all associated accounts and balances permanently closed.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

jita96 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: placing bets that cover all possible outcomes of an event to guarantee a return regardless of the result (arbitrage betting), using automated software to place bets, or exploiting a technical error in a game or market to generate unintended winnings.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted through jita96, including sportsbook bets placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports, as well as all casino games including slots, live table games, and crash games.

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Changes in odds after bet confirmation do not affect the payout calculation for that bet.
• jita96 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred. Players will be notified and the bet amount will be returned to their wallet.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the rules of the specific market and may be suspended at any time at jita96's discretion, including during match interruptions, DLS recalculations in rain-affected cricket matches, or pending official result confirmation.
• Where an official result for a sporting event is not available within 36 hours of the scheduled match completion, jita96 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum winnings from a single bet are capped at ৳5,00,000 (five lakh Taka) unless otherwise stated for a specific market.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

• All casino games available on jita96 are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules set by its provider.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side result recorded at the time of disconnection. jita96 is not liable for losses resulting from unstable internet connections on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per game are displayed within the game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits before placing bets.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical fault, software error, or malfunction affecting a game outcome or odds calculation, jita96 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to all impacted players. Winnings generated as a result of a known technical error are not payable and will be reversed from player accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on jita96. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information at any stage.
• Using another person's payment account, identity, or credentials to register or transact on jita96.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any aspect of the jita96 platform, its games, its APIs, or its payment infrastructure.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not available to standard manual users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on events whose outcomes you have advance knowledge of through non-public channels.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity using jita96's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jita96 staff members via the live chat or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures by re-registering under a new name, phone number, or payment account.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

jita96 reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or at the player's own request for responsible gaming purposes.

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their jita96 account may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within 3 to 5 business days of the closure being processed.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling or who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through account settings or via the live chat support team. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool and takes effect immediately upon request. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets on jita96. Players under a permanent self-exclusion should not attempt to re-register, as this constitutes a breach of Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct).

8.3 Closure by jita96

Where jita96 closes an account due to a verified breach of this Agreement, including fraud, multiple accounts, or underage access, the platform reserves the right to withhold all or part of any balance held in the account pending the outcome of an internal investigation. jita96 will communicate the reason for closure to the player by email or live chat where it is legally permitted to do so.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jita96 will notify the registered mobile number associated with the account before applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the account balance after the dormancy threshold is reached, until either the account is reactivated by the player logging in or the balance reaches zero.
